Resolved: I have an issue of payment I pay two time for one order
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I am very happy and satisfied by your reply and suggestion for wait my refund and exactly it is happen I get my total money which is debited from account and not shown I am really very happy by your rapid reply thank you so much
I ordered some items for Rs 1277 on 25th October and paid online. The amount has been debited from my account but there is no proof of packaging for my order.
Then I ordered the same items and chose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. I thought I could show my transaction to the delivery boy as proof and collect my order, but he didn't take it seriously. So, I paid Rs 1277 in cash, meaning I paid twice for the same order.
The amount has not currently been credited to my account. Kindly help as I am a regular customer of Blinkit.

Bad and rude behaviour of the delivery agent
The delivery agent was very rude. I was attending to an emergency call from the office when the agent called to know the location.
I was not able to attend immediately but called him back within two minutes. He was very rude and used foul language, saying that I was not answering the call deliberately.
I will no longer continue with these standards that you maintain with your ground staff. Pathetic!

Very poor product
They don't have a dedicated customer care number and email/chat support is pathetic. Due to this I decided to stop ordering from Blinkit. Selling is easy but support after sales is the key.

For poor response from store and not replacing the items
Replacement not given, as items found over riped need replacement immediately but your store not proving replacement they are forcing to refund but I need replacement, how you can supply this quality product

Loose packet of bread has been delivered to me
The Bread packet was not sealed. It was tied with a silver ribbon shows that it was not in a proper condition, may be infected.
